1. All orders are processed & shipped from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. Please allow 1-3 business days for packing & handling from date of purchase. In most cases orders are sent next business day.
- Standard domestic delivery times: 1 to 7 business days.
- Standard international delivery times: 10 to 20 business days.
2. Domestic orders ship via courier. International orders are sent using Australia Post. Once your order has been sent you will receive a tracking number in your account. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
