Reach out within 14 days and we can organise an exchange or refund for you!
We send all orders with care and sizes should be true to our sizing charts, but if for some reason you are not 100% happy with your order please get it touch and we will do our best to assist you!
Email us at email@example.com with your original order number, and description of what's up.
Here's a few things to note -
- You, the buyer are responsible for return postage costs back to our warehouse at Caloundra West, QLD 4551, Australia.
- Returns & exchanges must be in as new condition with all original packaging, un-worn and not washed or damaged in any way.
- All returns & exchanges are processed within 5 working days from the date goods are received back to our warehouse. (We always aim to process sooner if possible!)
- We will not refund postage costs incurred from shipping original order.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the condition is deemed not suitable for resale.
