1. All orders are processed & shipped from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. Please allow 1-3 business days for packing & handling from date of purchase. In most cases orders are sent next business day.

2. Domestic orders ship via courier. International orders are sent using Australia Post. Once your order has been sent you will receive a tracking number in your account. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
